Frequently Asked Questions

Question: What if our rental isn't available for the time we booked, or we get stuck in traffic on our way to our destination?

Answer: We will work with you regarding your arrival time and adjust our schedule accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate your new arrival time. We just ask that you communicate early and often if you think that the time you booked with us will not work. We want you to have a relaxing start to your vacation!

Question: If there are a number of stairs to climb to get from our car into our rental home, does that increase the price?

Answer: No!  We charge strictly off of the number of people in your travel party. 

 

Question: Do you provide service throughout the year or just in the summer?

Answer: We provide service throughout the year. We are available in the summer, fall, winter, and spring.

Question: Do you just carry luggage or will you also carry coolers, smaller bags, etc?

Answer: We are happy to carry luggage, bags, coolers, or whatever else you need help carrying into your residence.

Question: What if the date/time we need is not showing available in the calendar?

Answer: If the date/time you need is not showing available, contact us directly via our email (below) and we will see if we can support the date/time you need.

Question: Who are your Luggage Luggers?

Answer: Our Luggers are primarily high school students looking to earn some summer cash. We also have some active and retired military members working as Luggers.  All Luggers are responsible, work hard, and have good social skills.
