Terms and Conditions
In consideration of the services provided by Luggage Luggers, I, the customer, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Validity of Information
I warrant that all information provided to Luggage Luggers, including personal information and number of people in the party, is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false or misleadinginformation may result in the termination of services and may subject me to legal consequences.
Release of Liability
I hereby release and discharge Luggage Luggers, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, costs, and expenses, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to the handling and transportation of my luggage by Luggage Luggers, including but not limited to any damage, loss, theft, or personal injury.
Limitation of Liability
I agree that Luggage Luggers total liability to me for any claims arising out of or related to its services shall not exceed the total amount paid by me for the specific services rendered by Luggage Luggers.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luggage Luggers, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to my use of the services provided by Luggage Luggers, including but not limited to any damage, loss, theft, or personal injury.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Liability Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this waiver shall be resolved through arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Pender County, North Carolina.
Severability
If any provision of this Liability Waiver is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
